Aniston attended his funeral along with their "Friends" co-stars. Aniston expressed her heartbreak over losing Perry and how much she admired him. Aniston and fellow co-star Courteney Cox were reportedly taking his death the hardest. Perry's family issued a statement about the foundation, expressing their desire to honor his legacy. Perry's stepfather also urged fans to get involved in the foundation, something Perry had dreamt of launching before his death.
